For its new promotional campaign, Système U wanted to communicate its Drive offers in the Tarentaise Valley and boost sales. This was an opportunity for the brand to launch U Drive in Bourg Saint Maurice, and strengthen the reputation in Salins and Aime.
PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN AND BRAND UNIVERSE
To meet the client’s demands, Merci set itself the following objectives:
– To develop a brand universe and unique set of communication tools for a leading supermarket.
– To publicise the new service to the inhabitants of the valley.
– To position the brand by creating a recognisable and positive image.
In short, to conquer and win loyalty!
Merci was up for the challenge and created a simple and efficient promise for the brand: “Order, Profit, Take away”. To communicate this message, Merci created a graphics toolkit to help deploy the new campaign. This toolkit included branding guidelines for the client, so that they were able to benefit from the full potential of the project.
The result of this challenge? A branding campaign that draws on the retro style of the American 1930s drive-in, helping System U to reinforce its positioning for a long time to come.
