The brief: Les Arcs asked Merci to create summer business to strengthen the resort’s summer position as a pioneer… a playful pioneer. Merci was needed to help develop the resort’s notoriety, establish its positioning and get the resort talked about, sparking interest in potential new customers and families. Plus, increase website visits.
The solution: Merci created a summer activity package to welcome families to the heart of the Arcadian community, offering a taste of the Les Arcs experience and a desire to discover its full-scale playground, encouraging families to become a Les Arcs Hero.
The starting point for summer activity package was the brand promise that committed the station, alongside its customers, to play, discover and share their experience of the mountain. Offering 30 different outdoor activities, supported by Les Arcs coaches.
Merci developed a series of photo shoots, a new responsive website, and a full media plan. This was strongly supported by a stylised adventure driven video, featuring the numerous activities and encouraging family summer freedom.
